Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the value of your holiday is required to confirm the booking. (Bookings taken by telephone will be held for 1 week to allow time for the deposit cheque to be sent). The balance of the cost of your holiday is payable 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Upon receipt of the cheque, we will send your details of how to find the House / Cottage and suggested best route to follow.

The change-over day is normally a Saturday - but out of season we can be a little more flexible. All properties will be ready for you at 4:00pm or earlier by arrangement; it's helpful if you can vacate by 10:00pm on the day of departure.

A security deposit of £50 is required for each rental period (this will be included in the final invoice) and will be fully refunded unless there is any damage to the property or the contents or if the property is left unclean. The refund will be sent by cheque within 10 days of the end of the rental period.

Linen (duvet covers, pillow-cases, towels etc) are not supplied - unless otherwise stated.

Cleaning is not included - so please leave the property as you would like to find it.

Included in the price of your holiday is a reasonable amount of electricity, gas and water (excessive usage will be deducted from the deposit held).
